1.1 Acceptable use

This website and its contents may be used for informational purposes, to understand the services offered, and to make contact. You may not use the site or any service engagement for purposes that are unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others.

1.2 Prohibited activities

• — Using automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without permission.
• — Submitting false or misleading information through the contact form.
• — Using any content from this site in a way that misrepresents its origin or intent.

1.3 Fair usage

Service engagements are scoped and agreed individually. Scope changes during an active engagement require written agreement from both parties before additional work is undertaken.

2.1 Contact submissions

Submitting a contact form does not create a contractual obligation on either side. It initiates a conversation. Any subsequent service engagement is formalised through a separate written agreement.

2.2 Engagement access

During a service engagement, any access granted to systems, documentation, or premises is governed by the terms agreed in writing at the start of the engagement. Access is limited to what is explicitly agreed and necessary for the work.

3.1 Website availability

We aim to keep this website accessible at all reasonable times, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and technical factors beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

3.2 Service modifications

The services described on this site are subject to change. Descriptions, pricing, and scope are indicative until confirmed in writing as part of a specific engagement agreement.

3.3 Geographic scope

Tech Mesh Grid operates primarily within Japan. Engagements involving infrastructure or personnel outside Japan are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional terms.

4.1 Site content

All written content, design elements, and materials on this site are the property of Tech Mesh Grid unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without prior written permission is not permitted.

4.2 Engagement deliverables

Written reports and documentation produced as part of a service engagement are delivered to the client for internal use. The methodology and analytical frameworks used remain the property of Tech Mesh Grid.

4.3 Client materials

Any documentation, credentials, or materials provided by the client during an engagement remain the property of the client and are treated as confidential.
